If you decide to cancel a service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (typically 80% of the total payment), depending on administrative and setup costs incurred at the time of cancellation.

Since every campaign is tailored to your brand’s unique needs, we invest time, research, and resources immediately after onboarding.
Therefore, once strategy development, content creation, or ad setup has started, refunds cannot be issued.
While NovaReach is committed to delivering measurable improvements, marketing performance can vary due to factors beyond our control — such as market conditions, ad platform changes, or audience behavior.
Hence, results-based guarantees or refunds are not applicable.
If you believe you were billed incorrectly or charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
We’ll review your case and, if an error is found, issue a full refund immediately.
For retainer-based or long-term contracts, cancellations must be requested 30 days in advance.
